Prerequisites
We welcome individuals with an interest preventing, detecting, investigating and mitigation of fraud and fraud related activities to apply for affiliation. Those individuals in full time attendance at a post-secondary school, may apply for student affiliation.
To start your application, Register for an ACFI account . Your account will be reviewed and authorized (typically within 24 hours).
You will receive an email once your account has be authorized, as well as a screen print of your ACFI profile for your review and signature.
Login and submit following files using this Uploader
- a signed and dated copy of the screen-print of your ACFI Profile,
- a current resume, and
- a recent head and shoulders photo.
Students must also upload a document showing that they are in full time attendance at a post secondary school.
Your application fee may be paid by credit card at Affiliation Application Fee
Upon receipt of application materials, along with the application fee, your application will be forwarded to the Admissions Committee. A response can typically be expected within one week, which will include the numbers of months required for the payment of your annual affiliation dues for the balance of the year.
These dues may be paid by credit card at Pro-rated Affiliation Annual Dues.
As an Affiliate, upon payment of your pro-rated annual fees, you are now eligible for a 25% discount on all ACFI Events and Resources, as well as a steeply discounted copy of the ACFI Fraud Manual.
If you meet the prerequisites for a CFI/CFT designation and wish to apply for certification, you will need to successfully complete the ACFI Certification Exam which is based on the ACFI Fraud Manual.
