The ACFI exam, is based upon the body of knowledge contained within the ACFI Fraud Manual. To assist you in preparation for the examination, as an affiliate, a copy of the ACFI Fraud Manual is available at a reduced price of $150 with the Affiliate Discount Code, which includes the ACFI examination fee.
Graduates of the VIU or Algonquin Graduate Diploma Program that have previously purchased the current edition of the ACFI Fraud Manual will only have to pay the Examination Fee of $75.
The one hour online examination consists of 90 multiple choice questions along with 5 short essay type questions. The time allotted is 60 minutes. When you are ready to proceed, please Contact Us so that we may arrange a one-week window (Monday through Sunday) during which you may complete the examination.
You will be provided with a password and a link to the examination. Once begun, you must complete the examination in one sitting. It may be completed at any location of your choice.
Your results will generally be available within one week. Should it be necessary to repeat the exam, a $30 Re-Examination Fee will apply. Under no circumstances may the examination be attempted more than three times.
