T. Charlotte Hoggard
T. Charlotte Hoggard, CGA, CFI, has opened an independent practice in downtown Victoria at A-1011 Johnson Street, across from the Canada Revenue Agency office. She offers sales tax and forensic consulting services to businesses, accountants and other professionals and has more than two decades' experience in those fields. The former KPMG senior manager, was previously a partner with Cameron Hoggard Izard Snell Professional Accountants.
