Review of 2006 Conference
With comments such as:
- The mock trial is a great feature
- Contacts were great
- Finally a great hands-on conference
- Loved the practical examples
- I knew the possibilities, just not how easy it is for an investigator to lose the suit
- Highly informative with a wide variety of topics — well done
- I have been to many fraud conferences during the past few years and this tops them all — thank you
and the one which made the committee members proud:
- Great speakers, great Canadian content, good food, fantastic networking and consistency. It was good to be back at the familiar Toronto Marriott Eaton Centre
Our conference comittee knew that this year's ACFI fraud conference had achieved its goal of meeting the needs and wants of our registrants. Therefore, our congratulations to the following members of our 8th annual ACFI Fraud Conference Committee: Peter Alexander, Doug Bronson, Brian Crockatt, Connie Link-Sliva, Judith Mitchell, Gloria Morrison, Nancy Patterson, LeJune Pier, Elaine Vegotsky, Nancy Warden & Nina Watson.
Our thanks also go out to the sponsors of our 8th Annual ACFI Fraud Conference who, in no particular order, were: Wasserman Forensic Investigative Services Inc, LECG, ClearView Strategic Partners Inc, Bennett Jones LLP, CHCAA, Guarantee Company of North America and Carswell, without whose support our 8th annual conference would not have been as successful.
Many thanks to all our attendees for contributing to the success of this event. View our photo gallery below for a taste of the ACFI conference experience and plan to join us in 2007.
